No. The price you see is our fee for preparing your application. The embassy visa fee you pay yourself, directly to the embassy or visa centre when you file, and you keep the receipt. We never handle it or add anything to it.
Approval is always the embassy’s decision. A well-prepared application improves your chances, but no one can guarantee a visa, so a rejection does not entitle you to a refund of our fee — the work of preparing your application has already been done. The embassy fee is set by the embassy and cannot be returned by us. If we fail to deliver a complete, checked application because of an error on our side, we will put it right or refund you. Yes. You file the application yourself, at the embassy or its visa application centre, and pay the embassy fee there. We do not book appointments, but our step-by-step guidance tells you exactly what to book, what to bring and what to expect.
